BASIC, aka Bayview Heights Sewer Investigation Committee (with creative acronyming), was created to investigate and compare the best options for our neighborhood up on Bayview Heights, which is still excluded from the Los Osos sewer. Our goal is to investigate and compare our options to either hook up to the Los Osos sewer, or repair failing septic systems in compliance with new regulations and continually changing regulations. We were inspired by our neigbhors in Cabrillo Estates, who have already spent months investigating their options. Please check our Resources page to see their reports and information.
